Green light, designed by Dr. Kyle Daigle.
Watch Dr. Kyle explain green light, see it in the clinic, and read the research.
Why green light
What Happens When Green Light Meets the Nervous System?
Calmer children. Easier nights. Tremors that quieted.
01 / Neurodevelopmental
ASD · Dyslexia · ADHD · PANS/PANDAS
From overstimulated to noticeably calmer.
Dr. Daigle has observed children with autism settle, become less agitated, and display more regulated behavior during green-light sessions.
02 / Seizure Disorders
Fewer seizures observed in some patients.
In his clinical practice, Dr. Daigle has reported reductions in seizure activity following green-light exposure, an observation that warrants rigorous investigation.
03 / Migraines
Headaches that eased. Light that felt easier to tolerate.
Dr. Daigle has observed patients with migraine report less intense headaches and greater comfort around light during or following green-light sessions.
04 / Tremors
Tremors that quieted. Some appeared to stop.
Among Dr. Daigle's clinical observations are episodes in which patients' tremors visibly diminished or appeared to cease following green-light exposure.
05 / Sleep
Settling more easily into rest.
Dr. Daigle has observed patients report settling more easily and resting more comfortably following green-light sessions.
A note on clinical observations
These are Dr. Kyle's reported clinical observations, not established treatment outcomes. Controlled studies are needed to determine whether green light caused these changes. Green light is not a substitute for prescribed neurological care.
The wavelength
Where 520 nm sits on the spectrum.
Green light sits near the middle of the visible spectrum, at about 520 nanometers. Wavelengths are shown in nanometers (nm).

Human neurophysiology + animal electrophysiology
Why the color of light matters to the brain.
Limits: This does not establish that green light treats sensory processing disorders or autism.

Light doesn’t just help us see. Visual signals can influence neural circuits involved in pain processing.
Limits: A mechanism demonstrated in animals does not establish treatment efficacy in humans.

What early clinical research suggests about green light and migraine.
Limits: Small, unblinded, one-way crossover trial. Findings are preliminary and cannot isolate expectancy or time effects.

Limits: The pathway findings should not be extrapolated to improved emotional regulation or behavior in children.
